As a grower, you're investing in WagNet for one simple reason. You want to improve efficiencies and yields by remotely monitoring and controlling essential devices on your farm. Farmers often ask us what’s included in an annual subscription to our web and mobile friendly dashboard.
Here are the primary items that are included in a WagNet Subscription.
1. WagNet Dashboard Access
You're paying for access to vital information. WagNet is the cloud based dashboard that your devices are managed and reported through. This system is accessible via desktop devices or any web connected smart device including mobile phones and tablets.
Integration is a Key Focus
We work with partners and other companies that offer agricultural solutions all over the world. These relationships have helped us integrate non-AgSense products such as irrigation prescriptions from agronomic Partner Companies (contact us to see if your system integrates with WagNet).
With the grower’s permission, we also have the ability to push a customer’s irrigation data over to one of our agronomic software partners’ servers where they make it available to that mutual client as an irrigation ‘data layer’ within their software.
2. Connectivity
AgSense units come with a modem and GPS transmitter. Think of each device as its own "smartphone". The cell service providers bill AgSense for every connected device. These charges are then passed on to the customer based on how many devices they have connected.
3. Support
As a subscriber, our clients have direct access to customer service and tech support. People can submit a request for help via WagNet or call a direct support line (605-352-8350) to speak directly with an AgSense technician. Typically they can diagnose a problem over the phone. If additional support is required, AgSense will help coordinate the necessary assistance through a local dealer.
